Bed and Breakfast Policies:
Check in 3:00 PM and check out by 12:00 noon. Reservations require one night or 50% deposit. Minimum stay required during racing season, special events and weekends. Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior unless racing season, special events or weekends which require 30 days prior. A $30.00 fee will be charged on all cancellations. No smoking or pets.

- Guest Pets cannot be accommodated

The Burgundy Room

It has four large windows that overlook the tree lined street and other Victorians in this lovely Historic area. You will be hard pressed to find a finer room anywhere.

The Green Room
Is our largest room and features a fireplace full sized tile bathroom with shower, pedestal sink, queen sized (converted) antique bed with matching chest, antique desk, wood floors, digital phone, wireless internet, cable TV with VCR, room controlled AC/Heat and full closet. The three large windows overlook the rear perennial garden and the Carriage House.

The Blue Room
Features a full tiled bathroom with shower, pedestal sink, wood plank floors, oriental rugs, iron/brass queen sized bed, lots of storage and closets, digital phones, wireless internet, room controlled AC/heat, and cable TV with VCR. Its two large windows overlook the gardens on the east side and lovely Victorians on the north side. This room has the perfect view of the tree lined street of this Historic Area.
