Rates:

The Garden Suite can ONLY be booked for 6-night stays, running from Wednesday to Monday (leaving us one day to prepare the room for the next guests):

• Rate: $700 US Dollars
  
• Racing Season rate: $1400 US Dollars
  
• Meal Plan (Optional): Meals for 6 days and nights, for 2 people - $180, regardless of season

Meals (if option is chosen from above):

• Breakfast is served at 9:00 AM in the dining area
  
• Afternoon tea, and evening dessert, coffee, tea table during Saratoga, New York racing season and special events

Bed and Breakfast Policies:

• Smoking not permitted in Bed and Breakfast
  
• Room can only be booked for the 6-night requirement
  
• Guest Pets cannot be accommodated
  
• 50% is required for deposit
  * Check in time is 3:00 PM and check out is 12:00 noon
