Weddings & Other Special Events At The Lewis House

Thank you for considering the Lewis House as the place to hold your wedding or other special event. The Lewis House offers three luxurious guest rooms with private baths and a beautiful Garden Suite over-looking the Gardens. All rooms must be booked at a three night minimum between April and October. There are no Special Events scheduled during the Saratoga Racing Season. Overnight guests are asked to be out of their rooms by 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Bookings must be for a three night minimum.

When all of the rooms are booked for your occasion, a 10% seasonal discount is given between the months of November and March. A Facility fee of $25/person is charged for group up to 24 people and $20/person for groups of 25 -150 people. This does not include any furnishings such as tents, chairs, tables, etc. The dining room can accommodate 12 persons for a sit down dinner and 24 for a stand up buffet. A cocktail reception can accommodate 35 persons. The grounds are also available (season permitting). Tents are available through our catering service along with outside facilities. Outside events are limited to 150 persons. Parking is in the street if all guest rooms are not reserved.

All food and beverage will be done exclusively through our catering services. Once you have confirmed your event, our catering service will co-ordinate with the House regarding use and event specifics. No outside food or beverage is to be brought into the house to be served. Morning events such as Wedding Breakfasts or Brunches, which follow the night of occupancy, must begin no earlier than 8:00 am and conclude at 3:00 pm with all catering breakdown and clean-up done by 4:00 pm. Evening events must conclude by 10:00 pm and all catering breakdown and clean-up done by 10:30 pm.

The Lewis House is a non-smoking establishment in accordance with New York State Law and there is no smoking in any of the rooms or the covered porches.
